Biographical data

From 1945, he completed his novitiate at Manréza in Zugliget, then began his studies in philosophy in Szeged. However, as he and his companions were forced to flee abroad to escape the unfolding persecution of the Church, he completed his studies in Chieri, Italy. In 1952, he served as a master of novices in St. Blasien, and then studied theology in Maastricht from 1953 to 1956; he was ordained a priest there on August 22, 1955. He took his final vows in Vancouver on December 29, 1976.
He passed away after a long and serious illness.
