Biographical data

He entered the order on August 29, 1931. He was ordained a priest on January 10, 1937. He earned a doctorate in canon law. He left the country in 1950. From 1951 on, he lived in Mönchengladbach, Germany. In 1956, he welcomed refugees at the border. From 1962 to 1967, he served as a pastor in Milan. In 1967, he moved to the United States.
