Biographical data

He entered the order on September 20, 1927. He took his solemn vows on August 30, 1933. He completed his studies in philosophy in Csíksomlyó and his theological studies in Vajdahunyad. He was ordained a priest by Bishop Ágoston Pacha on June 28, 1935. Around 1940, he left his post; according to records, he was struggling with a nervous breakdown and a crisis of vocation. Between 1941 and 1949, he served as a military chaplain on the Russian front, then was transferred to Germany. According to some sources, he became a member of the SS. In 1949, he emigrated to the United States. After the dissolution of the custodianship, he moved to Vienna, where he died.
