He completed his high school studies in Kecskemét, Subotica, and Kalocsa. He studied theology in Budapest from 1944 to 1949. He was ordained a priest in Kalocsa on June 19, 1949. In 1950, he earned a doctorate in theology. He left the country in 1957 for Yugoslavia and did not return. From 1957 to 1968, he studied and conducted research in Rome, serving as a Hungarian pastor and later as a hospital chaplain. During this time, he also conducted research in the Holy Land. He emigrated to the United States in 1968 and remained there until 1991, then served as an assistant pastor in Insell, Germany, until 1994. He subsequently returned home. He died unexpectedly in a tragic traffic accident. His name does not appear in the KMVÉ.
