He entered the Franciscan Order on August 28, 1917. He took his final vows on June 28, 1923. He was ordained a priest on December 20, 1924. He arrived in the United States in 1932. He left the Franciscan Order in 1948. He died after a long, serious illness, having suffered greatly.
