He was born in Canada and completed his theological studies in Winnipeg and Budapest. He was ordained a priest in Winnipeg by Bishop Attila Miklósházy, S.J., on July 5, 2003.
Effective May 15, 2012, he was suspended from all priestly duties; he married and started a family.
