Biographical data
He completed his high school studies in Subotica and Travnik. He studied theology in Zagreb and Sarajevo. He was ordained a priest on July 7, 1935, in Subotica, which was then part of Yugoslavia. His sister, Erzsébet M. Antonia Moullion, was a nun of the MKIT. He was primarily involved in German-language pastoral work. Before 1945, he was an active contributor to the German-language press in Bačka. He was interned beginning in 1945. The date of his release is unknown, but by 1949 he was already residing in Canada. He was granted the title of Papal Chamberlain.
