No biographical details about him have survived. He was invited by the landowner Ralph L. Spencer to the now-defunct settlement of Georgiai Budapest to serve as a spiritual guide for the Hungarians who had been settled there to work on the vineyards. The church he built still stands today, though it is now used as a private residence.
