Biographical data
He was ordained a priest on February 6, 1892. In 1902, he emigrated to the United States, where he served primarily among Greek Catholic Slovak and Ruthenian parishioners in Pennsylvania. His work was particularly centered around the Duquesne area, which was a major hub for Greek Catholic immigrants at the turn of the century.
